平素より弊社運営の韓国料理店「Miss Korea」をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、中国産白菜へのホルムアルデヒド使用に関する報道がなされておりますが、
弊社が運営する「Miss Korea」で使用しているキムチは、今回報道されている中国産白菜とは一切関係ございません。
当店のキムチは、株式会社三輝より仕入れている商品で、韓国産の白菜および大根を主原料とし、韓国国内で製造されています。
また、仕入先である株式会社三輝から、栽培時・収穫時・製造時のすべての工程においてホルムアルデヒド製剤を一切使用しておらず、同社が輸入する韓国産キムチへの混入もないことについて、正式な証明を受けており、下記、製造元の証明書を添付致します。
弊社では、今後もお客様に安心してお食事をお楽しみいただけるよう、使用する食材の安全性と品質管理の徹底に努めてまいります。

Notice Regarding the Origin and Safety of the Kimchi Served at Our Korean Restaurants
Thank you for your continued patronage of “Miss Korea.”
We are aware of recent media reports concerning the use of formaldehyde on Chinese-grown napa cabbage. The kimchi served at “Miss Korea,” operated by KORAIDOU, is not connected to the Chinese-grown cabbage referenced in these reports.
Our kimchi is supplied by Sanki Co., Ltd. It is manufactured in South Korea using Korean-grown napa cabbage and radish as its main ingredients.
Sanki Co., Ltd. has officially certified that no formaldehyde or formaldehyde-based agents are used at any stage of cultivation, harvesting, or manufacturing. The company has also confirmed that there is no formaldehyde contamination in any of the Korean-made kimchi products it imports.
We will continue to maintain strict food-safety and quality-control standards so that our customers can enjoy their meals with confidence.
